ジャパンエキスポ・プレミア・スリランカ 2017
ジャパンエキスポ・プレミア・スリランカ2017は、30年間内戦が続いいていたスリランカに対し、内戦後初めての国家プロジェクトとしてJAPAN EXPOを計画。大統領・首相・議長の承認協力のもと「日本の匠の心」をテーマに「日本の伝統×日本のエンタメ×日本の地域」お披露目し開催しました。3日間で約6万人と多くの人々が、スリランカ各地からコロンボへ来ていただきました。
また、スリランカ民主社会主義共和国・投資庁より、総合プロデューサーの古里健司へ「スリランカ国公認親善大使」が授与されました。
Japan Expo Premier Sri Lanka 2017 was planned as the first national project after the 30-year civil war in Sri Lanka. With the approval of the President, the Prime Minister, and the Chairman, the event was held under the theme of "The Spirit of Japanese Artisans" and showcased "Japanese Traditions x Japanese Entertainment x Japanese Regions". 60,000 visitors came to Colombo from all over Sri Lanka for the three days.
In addition, Kenji Furusato, general producer of the event, was awarded the title of "Sri Lanka's Official Goodwill Ambassador" by the Investment Authority of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

匠プロジェクト
長期的視野に立って、官民学一体で活動ができる地盤を確立し、 2016年のスポーツ・ダボス文化会議や 2020年の東京オリンピック、ドバイ万博等とも連携を図り、日本の文化と精神を共有できる「場」作りを目指しています。
日本が世界に誇る、伝統的、或いは現代的な工芸やその洗練された技術、そして技術を芸術にまで高めた匠、歴史を通して成熟してきた匠の思想。これらを後世に伝えて行くための第一歩として、世界規模で拡散している日本の芸術品、工芸品の修復や匠達を世界に広める活動を行います。
With a long-term perspective, the project aims to establish a foundation on which public, private, and academic sectors can work together, and to create a "place" where Japanese culture and spirit can be shared, in collaboration with the 2016 Sport Davos Cultural Conference, the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, and the Dubai Expo, among others.
The purpose of this organization is to promote refined Japanese culture to the world, to improve Japan's standing in the international community, and to deepen mutual understanding between Japan and countries around the world.
Japan boasts to the world traditional and modern crafts and their sophisticated techniques, as well as the artisans who have elevated their skills to the level of art, and the philosophy of artisans who have matured throughout history. As a first step toward passing on these traditions to future generations, we are engaged in the restoration of Japanese art and crafts, which are spreading on a global scale, and in the promotion of these artisans throughout the world.
